How we use your information and our lawful basis

  • To process and deliver your order, including passing your name, address and phone number to our couriers and pallet networks. Lawful basis: performance of a contract.
  • To answer your questions and provide after-sales support, returns and refunds. Lawful basis: contract, or our legitimate interest in helping customers.
  • To keep financial and tax records as required by HMRC. Lawful basis: legal obligation.

Lawful basis: your consent.

We do not sell your personal information, and we will not send you marketing emails unless you have agreed to receive them.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to make the shop work (for example your basket and checkout), and, only with your consent, analytics and marketing cookies. You can change your choices at any time using the cookie settings on our site. Full details are in our Cookie Policy.
