Refund and Returns Policy

You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price, as long as it’s in as-new condition.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Returns requested after this window can’t be accepted.

Condition Requirements

To qualify for a refund, items must be returned in as-new condition – unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging where possible. Items that show signs of use or damage may not be eligible for a refund.

What’s Refunded

Approved returns receive a full refund of the product price.

Please note: Shipping costs are not refunded. This includes the original cost of shipping the item to you, as well as the cost of shipping it back to us. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, contact us at info@uktools.tools with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll confirm your return and provide instructions for sending the item back.

Refund Timing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
