Goods are normally dispatched the same working day for all orders placed before 12:00pm. Delivery time to say estimated delivery of 2 to 4 weeks.

In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfill your order, we will contact you to arrange for either a suitable alternative be sent or for a full refund to be issued.
In some instances, where stock is held at a supplier warehouse, shipping may take an extra day.

If you purchase any goods from us, you will become responsible for loss or damage as soon as the goods are delivered to you or your premises.
Whilst we are responsible for the supply of your goods to your chosen place of delivery, we can’t be held responsible for any failure on the part of the courier to fulfill delivery to their promised level of service.

We will do everything in our power to ensure your satisfaction and with your permission will contact the courier on your behalf. In some cases, you may wish to contact the courier directly.

We endeavor to keep in stock all items that we advertise for sale. However, there can be occasions where this is not the case.

This could be the result of production difficulties, unexpected demand or any other reason. In the event that a product is unavailable, we will contact you in the first instance.

We will not supply you with a suitable alternative product unless we receive confirmation from you that you wish us to do so.
If you opt to not purchase the alternative product, we will refund you in full.

Items sent by 1st class, 2nd class and Royal Mail signed for deliveries are not classed as lost until 10 working days after the due delivery date.
7 Days for tracked parcels (Parcel Force UK Mail TNT Hermes) and 5 working days for a special Royal Mail next day deliveries.


We would hope for you to be delighted with your purchase, but if you are not for what ever reason, please contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will refund or replace it for you.

Please note the 30 days start from the day after the good were received.

If you need to return something for any reason, whether it is not the right tool for the job or if it is faulty, simply get in touch and we will take care of the rest!
-If unwanted, products must be in the original packaging and in a condition to be resold and in which you received them.
A returns address will be provided and a refund made less the initial delivery once the item is received back and processed.
– A freepost address or a collection will be provided for faulty or damaged items.
A full refund including delivery will be issued once the item is received back and processed.
Once we have received your item back at our warehouse, we will refund you within 72 hours.
Please note that refunds issued back to credit/debit cards can sometimes take 3-4 working days to clear in your account.

We will not be held liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of any of our obligations under a Contract that are caused by events out of our reasonable control (Force Majeure Event).

• Strikes, lock outs or any other industrial action.
• Civil commotion, riots, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of a terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war.
• Fire, explosion, weather events or any other natural disasters.
• Impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport.
• Impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks.
• The acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any Government.

Manufacturer’s warranty is specified by the manufacturer of the said item and will be stated within any documentation supplied with the product.
Please note all warranties are held with the manufacturer and not with the supplier.

You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees), arising out of your use of our site.

The Contract will be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Parties to the Contract submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.

None of the above Terms and Conditions affect your statutory consumer rights.
